We all know what it is like to work on a group project and experience imbalance when each member isn’t pulling their weight. If each person is assigned to do what they do best and commits to the process, we know that the group’s goal will ultimately be accomplished. This is God’s plan for us as His Body: that we would function optimally when each member is working as they have been designed.
