Don and his wife Marie-José (MJ) are Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada Global Workers and live in Pretoria, South Africa.

They encourage, equip, and empower leaders to finish strong and become agents of change in their local church and community. They are parents of two grown children, Stephanie, Jonathan and his wife, Julia.

Commissioning a Lifestyle of Integrity (CLI) addresses the corruption across Africa that some African leaders have suggested is as deadly as the AIDS virus. Through small group discipleship called CLI Cohorts, Don and his ministry partner Bill Pipke believe that within a seven year period, 1,000,000 men and women from every sphere of influence can become part of a movement of integrity in countries where CLI is present.
